The Shire Floorplan

The Shire features ample outdoor areas for hosting and play, including riverfront acreage, a covered front porch, and a back screened porch.  The master bedroom, located on the first floor, features a queen bed, fireplace, reading corner, and desk area.  The bathroom, also on the main floor, features the remodeled original clawfoot tub, equipped with shower fixtures as well.  The kitchen includes a fridge and stove, and all the cookware essentials.  The main living area offers a sleeper sofa, coffee table, and armchair.  The upstairs loft hosts the television and a futon for additional sleeping.  The bunkroom offers a full sized bed, along with two twin beds.  This 1800 square foot home will sleep 8-10 guests.
